After this city, this Somali music became popular across the world. Balwo style is one of the Somali music categories which is the mixture of Somali music and the modern poetry. This mixture is also known as the Somali fusion music.
There is one more popular style of Somali music which is also known as the garanmmi style. Garanmmi style was introduced through the Cabdillahi Qarshe and this category became more popular in the year 1990.
